We are incredibly excited to be participating in the Celebrity Connected event at the AMAs on Saturday November 19th. The event is centered on celebrity gifting, and we will be showcasing our new Christmas Bear line along with our adorable Animal Pals. More importantly, we are focused on getting the word out about our mission and what Bears for Humanity is all about.
At Bears for Humanity, all of our products are made with 100% GOTS Certified organic materials in full compliance with Global Fair Trade practices. We lift our organic cotton suppliers in India out of insurmountable poverty with micro loans to carry them through the growing season and ensure good working conditions, fair wages, and no child labor.
Once we import the goods from India, our products are hand stuffed and sewn with love by at-risk women participating in the California Welfare-to-Work program. We provide steady employment and job skills training to empower these women to get back on their feet and provide for their families.
We also believe that helping children is simply the right thing to do. So, for every product purchased, Bears for Humanity makes a matching donation to a child in need.
